The Media of the New Mercedes-Benz Museum

Together with hg merz architekten museumsgestalter, iart conceived and planned the media installations for the New Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, which was designed by the Dutch architects UN Studio, van Berkel & Bos.

An audio guide system, large-scale projections, odour, sound and light installations, films and racing car simulators contribute to the communication of the exhibition’s content and its staging. Two of the highlights are the films about Mercedes-Benz that are projected from the lift cabins and the media ring that shows Mercedes-Benz cars being used in their original locations throughout the world.
